He said that the Freeport management has run the government requested some recommendations, such as identifying hazards, assessing and controlling risks (IBPR) in all regions of the Grasberg mine.
"Recommendations reopening our operating Grasberg mine already issued yesterday afternoon," he said, Tuesday (10/14/2014).
He said that in addition to making recommendations mining operations, it also asked the company re-socialize pnegoperasian procedure standard (PPS) Grasberg Operation Department No. SM-2:18-HLG-006-5 on the operation of the mine haul trucks.
The second recommendation, he said, Freeport must ensure communication between the mobile unit equipment can run well. Moreover, he added, Freeport also asked to improve coordination between supervisors and operators in performing the task.
